Family Information Directory

Parents and young people can ask for the service they want directly by emailing staff at caf@leics.gov.uk.

Alternatively, they can find available services online by accessing the Leicestershire Family Information Directory (FID).

FID is an extensive online directory offering parents and those working with them the ability to search for information about childcare and services for families with children aged 0-20 years in their local community. This information is available to view free of charge via our online directory powered by OpenFamilyServices.
