 The Festival of Archaeology
2010 has now finished for another year. The Festival of Archaeology
was a unique chance to discover and explore the archaeological heritage of the United Kingdom and Leicestershire.
Organisers staged a multitude of digs, guided walks, talks, exhibitions, re-enactments and
fun days to draw the public into the world of archaeology. The Festival of
Archaeology ran from Saturday 17th July – Sunday 1st August 2010. Further Information
