Using the Library Computers![]() You will Need a library card and a Personal Identification Number (PIN); please ask staff if you do not have these. A PIN can be sent to you in the post.
If you want to use the computers regularly but do not want to join the library, staff will give you a computer only card and order a PIN which will be posted to you.
Booking in advanceYou can book a computer session via the Internet at the library or from any computer with Internet access at http://pcbooking.leics.gov.uk/netloan
If you do not book in advance and a computer is available, you will be able to log-on using your library card and PIN number. The computer screen will tell you how much time is available before the next booking.
Time LimitsThere are set time limits for computer sessions – usually 1 hour or ½ hour at peak times.
During your computer session, the screen will show you how much time remains, and will warn you shortly before you are logged-off automatically. If you finish early, please log-off the computer yourself using the log-off icon.
Printing from the ComputerYou can print from Library computers for a charge.
