Moving Objects

Winner of an Interpret Britain Award in the special category for outreach work.

The Moving Objects scheme brings displays of museum objects, art and creative writing into the communities of Leicestershire.
Moving Objects displays are available for loan to community groups and venues free of charge. The displays are housed in specially designed cases and have been created with the support of community groups and venues. All are suitable for public and community spaces and have been on show in a whole range of venues from libraries and community colleges to job centres and shops.
Moving Objects displays are exciting and informative and can be talking points in waiting rooms, act as inspiration for community projects and can help raise awareness of current issues.
In 2005, over 50 community groups, schools and libraries in Leicestershire benefited from borrowing a Moving Objects display!
Why not book one for your venue now?
