How to book a visit

Booking ahead:
Only groups and school visitors need to book in advance.
Please contact our booking officer on 0116 305 3456 or museums-bookings@leics.gov.uk for information. Please use the link on the left hand side to fill in an online booking form.
The school group booking form is available in the following formats:

Adult £4.30
  For every five paying students, one accompanying adult goes free.
Students £3.20
Further & Higher Education  
Tutor £4.30
  For every ten paying students, one accompanying adult goes free
Students £4.30
Additional Charges
Activity Charge (and maximum number of participants)
Colliery Tours 75p per person (max 25 students)
Train Rides £1 per person (min 100 students)
Ranger ( for pond dipping /bug hunting) £1.00 per student (min 20 students)
