Yes, You have 6 months from the date of the planning refusal or date of permission to appeal a planing decision or condition. You should contact the Planning Inspectorate also look at the information we have on planning appeals.

What can the County Council do about reducing or mitigating lorry traffic caused by minerals and waste development?
The County Council always seek advice from the Highway Authority when determining a planning application that affects lorry movements. Some permission may include lorry routing and vehicle numbers leaving a site, where the development might be deemed to have an environmental impact on the local highway network. The county council has limited powers controlling lorry speeds.
