Mr Paul Baker has appealed the decision of the County Council to refuse the application to change the use of Unit 1, Harrison Close, Wigston to a waste transfer and materials recovery facility (planning reference 2012/0238/08)
An independent Planning Inspector has upheld the decision of the County Council to refuse the application by Mr Zeeshan Aslam to operate a composting site at Fenn Lane, Fenny Drayton (2011/0499/04) and has dismissed the appeal, i.e. permission has not been granted.
