County Planning Application/Decision Search

This screen allows to search for Planning Applications.  If known, the Planning Application details can be accessed directly via the Application Number, or can be obtained via entering a Date Range for when the Planning Application was submitted or via an Address keyword search.

Application forms and supporting information are only available from November 2005.  Decision Notices are only available from July 2005.

You can make comments on a current application through the search facility.

The information contained in the current database is updated on a regular basis and this service continues to be developed.
The planning search facility currently uses address data that is not please note that there may be more than one format of address for a property and not all planning history may be revealed on each address.
The information contained within Planning search facility does not constitute in any way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are undertaken entirely at the viewer's own risk.
Under normal circumstances any registered applications will be available to be viewed within 10 working days of receipt of the application. If none are displayed at the time, you may wish to try a few days later or alternatively you will be able to view the application and associated documents at County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8TE
