Reg3 and Waste Online Planning Application Form

The County Council has a statutory responsibility for dealing with planning applications for County Council developments such as schools, libraries and mineral extraction (quarrying etc.) and waste disposal (landfill) or other waste facilities such as recycling centres, composting facilities and waste transfer stations.
As part of standarizing and simplifying the planning process a standard application form has been devised for all planning applications (excluding Minerals) across the Country this will ensure that the same information is submitted for comparable planning applications by every LPA in England.
The Standard Application Form is hosted by the Planning Portal who will help you to determine the planning consent required.  The standard planning application form will be available online as well as in a paper format from the planning portal.
