On the left hand side of most pages on our website, we offer a simple way for you to rate that page using 'faces' like the ones in the left hand (green) navigation bar on this page. It is an effective way for you to tell us what works, what doesn't and what needs to be improved.

When you rate a page, we ask you to provide further information - this ensures we concentrate on areas most in need of improvement or lets us know where we are getting things right. We look at every comment we receive and try to act on them as soon as we can.

It does help if you give us a way of contacting you (either telephone or e-mail) as often we would like to ask you a few more questions so that we can be clear about what you would like to be changed.

Sometimes we can make simple changes straight away, but other times your feedback requires us to do more extensive work before we can put things right.
