Concessionary Travel Bus Passes and Vouchers

To apply for the English National Concessionary Travel Scheme pass, or for travel vouchers, you need to complete an application form and post the form to us. The form for those who are aged 60 or over can be downloaded below. The form for disabled people is currently being revised and the updated version will be available here shortly. In the meantime, you can obtain the form by calling 0116 305 0002. The forms give details of the concessions available and the return address. If you are both aged 60 or over and disabled, it is best to apply via the disabled persons’ scheme.
