Disabled Workers Conference 4^th December 2008

If you would like to attend the next DWG Conference, being held this year at Burleigh Court on the University Campus in Loughborough, you can either forward a completed nomination form (MS Word file format) to the corporate training inbox corptraining@leics.gov.uk

Please note you must have your managers permission to attend the conference before submitting your nomination.

The form can also be used to inform us of any access, dietary or other requirements you may have to enable you to attend the conference.

Please note that this conference is for a full day, finishing around 4.30 - 4.45pm. To make the most of this event participants are expected to stay for the full day.

In preparation of this year's conference we are looking for your input.  What we would like is your stories celebrating success.  These will form part of a display at this years conference, and may also be used on the new DWG page on the CIS.  Stories do not necessarily need to be work related, although some would be appreciated.  We also have the case studies (to be found on the website) to help get you started.

There is an opportunity to submit your stories by writing to the DWG inbox (dwg@leics.gov.uk).  Please submit all entries by Friday 15th November.
