…for a relaxing break and a tasty treat
The
Snibston Café is a welcoming area to rest and refresh during, before or after your visit. With a wide
range of mouth-watering meals, treats and drinks, you’ll be spoilt for choice.
Enjoy
a warming jacket potato with lashings of fillings, a heathly salad, or taste our home-made soup with
fresh crusty bread. The baked-in-house biscuits will melt in your mouth, and hot chocolate and marshmallows…well…
what a treat!
Younger visitors can experience a miners’
lunch in specially-designed ‘snap boxes’. Each contains home-made sandwiches, a chocolate treat, juice
and, that all important, piece of fresh fruit.
Our
café colleagues are friendly and helpful, and will try and cater for all tastes. So, if you have an
allergy or special dietary requirement, they will do their very best to help.
With
high-quality products, seasonal delights and a great value selection, you’ll be sure to enjoy your lunch
or mid-visit indulgence.
Located at the front of the museum, the café is
open to all, not just paying museum visitors. So, if you’re in the area and fancy a treat, pop in and
enjoy your refreshments in a unique, exciting venue.
