Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)

The Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act (2007) places a joint statutory duty on upper tier local authorities and Primary Care Trusts (PCTs) to undertake a JSNA for their area. The JSNA identifies current and projected health and wellbeing needs of the local population.
