Your social care record in safe handsWhat is my social care record?Your social care record is the information that we need to keep about you and your circumstances so that we can meet your needs in the best way possible. We will need information about you and other people who support and care for you. This may include your partner, doctor, health visitor and so on.
How do you record my information?We will keep information in your social care record on paper and store it electronically. An electronic record is information that is held on a computer. Both of these types of records are kept confidential and secure.
