Adult Social Care - Service Plan

The Adult Social Care Service Plan sets out how the Department will carry forward the aims, objectives and service developments to improve its performance.
The Service Plan:
  • Outlines the Service's purpose, values and principles.
  • Relates the key objectives of the Adult Social Care Service to the County Council's Medium Term Corporate Strategy.
  • Describes the key service and organisational developments planned for the financial year ahead.
  • Provides supporting information, including the targets and performance indicators, to be used to monitor and measure achievement.
