Carers' Emergency Response Service

Development of Day Services for Disabled People in Charnwood

As a result of the declining attendance of Charnwood Day Centre and the increased usage of Direct Payments to access community activities, a proposal has been made to reduce the service provided at Charnwood Day Centre. Consultation on these proposals are now ongoing.

County's adult care services retains top rating   Three Stars

The Commission for Social Care Inspection has awarded the maximum 3 star rating to Leicestershire’s Adult Social Care Services for delivery of services, for the sixth year running.
