Public Guardianship Office - The Public Guardianship Office provides financial protection services for clients who can't manage their finances because of mental incapacity.
Rethink - A charity aiming to help people affected by severe mental illness to recover and lead a better quality of life.
Royal College of Psychiatrists - Information, publications and advice about mental health.
Samaritans - Provides 24-hour, confidential emotional support to any person who is suicidal or despairing.
Sane - Raise awareness, provide information and undertake research on mental illness.
Shift - Shift is a new, five year initiative (2004-2009) in England to tackle stigma and discrimination surrounding mental health issues.
Threshold - Aims to protect women's mental health, to promote better mental health services for women and to provide women's mental health care.

Alzheimer's Society (Leicestershire and Rutland Branch) - Supporting people with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, their families and carers.
At Demenia - Information about Assistive Technology for People with Dementia.
Beat (Eating Disorders Association) - Information and help on all aspects of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, binge eating disorder and related eating disorders.
Combat Stress (Ex-service and veterans) - A charity helping all ranks of the Armed Forces & Merchant Navy suffering from psychological disability as a result of their service.
Depression Alliance - Works to relieve and prevent this treatable condition by providing information, support and understanding to those who are affected by it.
Destigmatize - Information and support for people with anxiety disorders in the Asian community. Guides available in English, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
Headway - The Brain Injury Association offering services to local people with brain injuries, illnesses and those close to them.
National Attention Deficit Disorder Information and Support Service (ADDISS) - Information and advice for parents, young people and professionals
No Panic - Help for people with panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, general anxiety disorder and tranquilliser withdrawal.
