In Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland, we have a policy and procedures that ensure the relevant agencies and services work together to prevent abuse and to help and support adults with community care needs who may have been the victim of abuse.

Review of "No Secrets" Guidance
The Department of Health is reviewing the "No Secrets" Safeguarding Adults guidance. They are consulting through their website, Information includes an 'easy read' version and an 'easy read' answer book.
Closing date for receiving comments is 31st January 2009
