Adult Placement Service  - Day Care Project

Day Care can be provided which can include evenings and weekends.

This supports people with everyday skills such as cooking and shopping; helping people to get out and about in the community, to develop work based skills where this may be needed, to offer support with rehabilitation, and to access educational and leisure facilities.

Carers are recruited to offer this service based in and from their family homes.
