Who can be paid with money from direct payments and what services can be provided by them?You can use the money to pay for any of the following:
You can buy any of the above services provided that they are in your Care Plan agreed with the Adult Social Care Services worker. The money you receive is to enable you to get the support that you need.
Can I pay anyone I want to with my Direct Payments money? You can't usually pay relatives or people who live with you. You can't buy services from the Adult Social Care Service, but you can have a mixed support package where, say, you went to an the Adult Social Care Service Day Centre but also pay helpers to assist you at home.Further Information |
