Account Statements
The Account Statements set out the published statement of accounts of the Authority year on year. The accounts have been produced in line with the various regulations that govern local authority accounting.

Council Tax and Benefits
Most of the cost of local services is met by the Government in the formula grant and business rates. On average a third of the cost of local services is met by Council Tax. The Council Tax is a tax on residents in an area.
