Integration of Passenger Transport

From Monday 3^rd April the following transport services will all be administered by an integrated Passenger Transport Unit (PTU) based at County Hall:

Mainstream home to school transport
Special educational needs transport
Children’s and Young People’s social care transport
Adult Social Care transport
Local bus service contracts
Rural and Community transport services
Concessionary travel services
Bus stop infrastructure management
Bus and Taxi operators - Application Form to receive tenders

The new telephone number for customers to access all of these services will be:

0116 3058777 (Monday to Friday 08:00 –17:00)
