  • Automatic main doors
  • A unisex wheelchair accessible toilets
  • Portable hearing loops available (require prior booking)
  • Staff who have attended Deaf Awareness Training
  • Staff who can sign using British Sign Language are usually available during office hours.
  • Wheelchair accessible doors and desks. Disabled access via lifts is available to all floors.
  • Assistance/Guide dogs are welcome
  • A private room is available for use by nursing mothers. Changing facilities for small children are also available
  • Language Line - Spoken language interpretation is available via telephone
  • All documents can be made large print upon request
  • We have a Disability Equality Officer in post within the Council.
