- Automatic main doors
- A unisex wheelchair accessible toilets
- Portable hearing loops available (require prior booking)
- Staff who have attended Deaf Awareness Training
- Staff who can sign using British Sign Language are usually available during office hours.
- Wheelchair accessible doors and desks. Disabled access via lifts is available to all floors.
- Assistance/Guide dogs are welcome
- A private room is available for use by nursing mothers. Changing facilities for small
children are also available
- Language Line - Spoken language interpretation is available via telephone
- All documents can be made large print upon request
- We have a Disability Equality Officer in post within the Council.
