Consultation Results

Customer Satisfaction Surveys are carried out monthly in the Reception Area. These provide us with valuable feedback on how we can improve our service.

Over the past year 100%1 of our surveyed customers have rated that they were very or fairly satisfied with the service they received. 79%1 said that they were “very satisfied” with 21%1 being “fairly satisfied” with the service they received.

In order to gain more feedback we have also introduced anonymous comment cards to the Main Reception area. 93%2 of visitors said they were “very satisfied” with 7%2 being “fairly satisfied”.

If you would like to complete a comment card, these are displayed at the Main Reception and Service Shop. Please hand the completed form to any of our Customer Service Staff.

Our main switchboard at County Hall deal with an average of 4024* calls per week.  All calls are answered by an operator on average within 6* seconds.
