Main Reception Area and Service Shop

The Main Reception receives visitors to County Hall.  

Our Connect Service Shops provides access to County Council Services, District and Borough Services, information and can provide advice where appropriate.

Members of the public who wish to help themselves can obtain information from the County Council Website or the Connect Website, www.leicestershireconnect.org.uk,via the free-access computer based in Main Reception. There are trained staff to help you with queries.

Connect Service Shops are also run jointly throughout the County with the local Borough or District Councils. Please ask for further information on your local Connect Service Shop.

The aim to provide "one-stop" access to Council Services.
