  • Use public computers, photocopy, print and access WiFi
  • Access the public library catalogue

Syston Library Plus

Library PlusSyston library members can now sign up for new self-access technology, which allows users to take advantage of 24 additional opening hours per week: Library Plus.

New ‘smart’ access will allow customers to use their library card to enter the library, and borrow, return or renew items, as well as make use of the public computers, WiFi and printing/copying facilities during extended self-access opening hours.

In order to take advantage of additional opening hours, you will need to come to the library for a short induction on how to use the library when it’s in Library Plus mode.

To do this you can either pop into the library during normal staffed hours, or if you are unable to get to the library in normal staffed hours, please select one of our evening induction sessions to attend.
