Note: We are unable to offer places to learners returning to study the same 'learning aim' on qualification courses. Following initial assessment we will do our best to provide an appropriate course. However, where this is not possible we will endeavour to signpost you to alternative providers.
What happens next
When you enrol for any of our adult learning courses you will be sent an enrolment pack including a learner handbook which details all the information you will need to know, including support available and your Unique Learner Number that is issued when you enrol.
Refunds are only usually given if we close a course. However, consideration will be given to written requests from learners who have to withdraw on written medical advice or in exceptional circumstances. These refunds are subject to an administration charge of £10.
Disability or support need
If you have a disability or support need we will do our best to provide extra help and make classes and learning accessible to you. Please speak to staff about your particular needs or complete the section on the enrolment form.
Minimum Numbers and Cancellations
We may have to close a course if the enrolment is low or sometimes merge with another course and move to another venue. If we do have to close a course, we will let you know as soon as possible (at least 1 week) and arrange a refund or help you transfer to another course.
We suggest that you do not buy materials or equipment relevant to your course until you know the course is running.
