Citizen and Provider Portals unavailable

Due to essential system maintenance the Citizen and Provider Portals will be unavailable from:

  • 4.30pm Monday 18 March - Wednesday 20 March

Offer day is Friday 1 March 2019.

If you applied online for your child’s school place by 31 January 2019, you will receive an email on Friday 1 March 2019. Please make sure your email address is kept up to date.

You can also login to your online account on the Admissions website (citizen's portal), to find out which school has been offered.

If you applied by post we will send you a letter by 1st class post on 1 March.

We will offer your child one secondary school place. To accept the offer, follow the acceptance link and check the accept box. Your offer will be for the school which was your highest preference. If none of your preferred schools could offer a place, please contact us.

What happens next

You need to login to your online account on the Admissions website (citizen's portal) to accept or decline the offer you've had.

If you're refused a school place, you can find out how to appeal against a school place and check the waiting lists online.
