The outbreak of Coronavirus has led to an understandably anxious time for many. You may have concerns about whether you should self-isolate or be shielded, or you may be wondering what the future holds. Coping with uncertainty is difficult, and it is important to find practical ways to protect your physical health and support your mental and emotional wellbeing.

Evidence suggests there are 5 steps you can take to improve your mental health and wellbeing, both under the current COVID-19 restrictions, and at any time. They consist of daily acts, which you can adapt to your circumstances – even if you’re self-isolating or shielded.
