About adult social care

Our focus in adult social care is to improve the lives of vulnerable people and their families. We help people do everyday things, be active in their community, and safeguard them from harm, as well as promote, maintain, and enhance their independence, so they are healthier, stronger, and more resilient. We support people including unpaid carers who need practical or emotional support to lead an active life.
