Event to find out more about adoption

First-hand accounts from adopters will be part of the evening

Leicestershire County Council is hoping to encourage more people to become adoptive parents when it hosts another information evening this week.

The informal event is at County Hall in Glenfield on Wednesday, 25th April from 6.30pm to 8pm, and is designed to encourage more parents to open their hearts and homes to children.

“There are Leicestershire children in our care looking to find their 'forever families'. We encourage people to come along to one of our events as we can explain in a bit more detail about the process and answer any questions. People can also hear first-hand accounts from adopters.
