Assured Community Care is a CQC registered organisation specialising in care and support for entire family units as well as adults and children with additional support needs. Support can take place in the individual’s home, place of work, educational setting or their local community.
We support children and adults of all ages from birth on-wards.

We specialise in:
- Supporting older people with dementia
- Supporting adults and children with additional complex needs e.g Epilepsy, PEG etc
- Autism
- Learning disability
- Physical disability
- Family support
- Early intervention
- Safeguarding concerns: completing family welfare checks and facilitating supervised contact
We can provide practical daily support to any adult and child with learning or physical additional needs. Support could entail but is not limited to any one of the following:
- Daily living skills
- Personal care
- Looking after the home
- Shopping
- Managing finances
- Managing medication
- Administering rescue medication
- Managing / promoting good physical and mental health
- Managing / promoting good nutrition and healthy lifestyle
- Lifelong learning
- Support to find employment or education
