Central Leicestershire Dial-a-Ride is an accessible transport solution for people who find buses a problem.

Dial-a-ride services are available to anyone, of any age, who finds it hard or impossible to catch a bus. Dial-a-ride collects you from your door and allows you to take someone with you for help or company.

Fares are comparable with bus fares for similar journeys and you can use your bus pass. You usually get about 2 hours in the city or shopping centre.  Services operate in Whetstone, Blaby, Wigston, Oadby, Birstall, Enderby, Narborough, Glenfield, Leicester Forest East and Thurmaston.

The buses have passenger lifts, so you can easily get on board even if steps are a problem or you use a wheelchair. Dial-a-ride drivers will give you help on and off the bus.

For bookings and information, please call 0116 221 1457 between 10 am and 12 pm or between 1 pm and 3 pm, Monday – Friday. Bookings can be made up to one week in advance.
