We offer individual occupational therapy services supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children, young people and adults in Leicester and Leicestershire. Her therapy room is in Countesthorpe though online therapy sessions and home visits are also available. Therapy is based upon occupational therapy principles, mindfulness and a solution focused approach that empowers individuals to build confidence, self regard and better mental health. Kate is an approved provider of health services with Vitality and Aviva health insurances too.

In addition, Kate writes and delivers bespoke training, courses and workshops for schools, charities and businesses to develop knowledge, understanding and strategies for better mental health and wellbeing. Kate is an approved Mental Health First Aid instructor with MHFA England and delivers the range of Adult courses online or in the training room directly to your team.

Kate has over 20 years experience as an occupational therapist and has worked in the NHS, higher education, charity sector and private sector. She has a BSc Hons Occupational Therapy, a Masters degree in Mental Health Studies and is registered with HCPC and RCOT/BAOT.
