From weekly story and rhyme sessions to Boromi Pop-in Play libraries, there's lots for babies and toddlers.

Wriggly readers story and rhyme time

Some of our libraries offer relaxed, friendly, story and rhyme sessions for babies and toddlers. They're a chance to have fun, share stories, songs, and rhymes with your child and meet other parents.

Sessions last 30 minutes to 1 hour. *Indicates booking required - contact the relevant library to book or for more information.

In partnership with Boromi, our main libraries offer Pop-in Play libraries during staffed hours.

Suitable from birth to primary, you’ll find 4 different bags to explore, packed with all the resources you need.

There's also a family handbook sharing playful ideas, songs and tips to enjoy during your visit – and even ways to continue the fun at home!
