Reset Library PIN

You will need your temporary borrower number which would’ve been:

  • emailed to you if you joined online, along with your PIN
  • given to you if you joined at a library in person

This is free to do online. You can also ask staff at any library to reset your PIN, charged at £1 for adults, 50p for children.
