During office hours contact Adult Social Care:

  • telephone: 0116 305 0004
  • Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 5pm
  • Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

Outside office hours:

  • telephone the Emergency Duty Team on 0116 255 1606.

If you're not getting help from us

If you need support with your mental health, speak to your GP (doctor). You'll need to register with one if you don't have one.

If your GP's surgery isn't open:

  • telephone the surgery - the answerphone message will tell you the number for the out-of-hours service which is available 6.30pm to 8am on weekdays and all day at weekends
  • telephone the NHS 111 service available 24 hours a day to find out what other help is available for a mental health crisis
  • go to the Leicester Royal Infirmary Urgent Care Centre.
