Our wellbeing groups support people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities to socialise, get out into the community and participate in group activities.
Our groups can give carers a break with the peace of mind that the person they care for is being well looked after. We provide a hot lunch and can usually arrange transport in wheelchair accessible minibuses.
We have groups in Birstall, Braunstone, Coalville, Earl Shilton, Leicester City (2 groups), Melton Mowbray (2 groups), and a new day club in Leicester South.
If you'd like to know more about when and where we meet and to visit a group to see what it's like, contact our Care Services Team. They can arrange a free taster day for you and talk to you about cost.
