Citizens Advice Leicestershire provides free, confidential and independent advice to help people overcome their problems eg debt and welfare benefits, housing, employment, consumer issues, family and relationship issues and basic immigration queries. We can also help with form filling.
You can get online advice or we may be able to solve your problem over the phone. If not, we'll make you an appointment for advice at your local drop in or outreach service.

Our drop-in service in the city is open to Leicester city residents only who are facing an emergency situation, such as abuse, eviction, court action, homelessness or no food or fuel.
