First Steps Ed

First Steps ED is an NHS funded eating disorder charity supporting children and young people aged 5 to 25 years old and their parents/carers and accepts self, parent/carer and professional referrals through our website here: https://firststepsed.co.uk/make-a-referral/ Services include 1:1 peer support and psychotherapy, eating disorder type workshops and peer groups either face to face or online. Young people 11 to 25 years can also sign up anonymously to our eating disorder app with Tellmi which can be downloaded from your app store or accessed on the web here: https://tellmi.app/landing
