Be inspired at Flourish.

'Immersive, activity based learning and experiences; tailored to suit individual needs’

From creative learning sessions in our purpose built yurt, to informal animal encounters; our unique surroundings offer alternative and inspiring opportunities to engage in learning, creating and understanding through nature and the environment.

We offer every person that comes to Flourish a variety of quality learning experiences that challenge, enthuse and promote progress in creative learning and reflection; enabling them to develop academic ability, social skills and self confidence.

Our workshops educate and inspire in a range of creative and varied topics that include animal care, plants and gardening, arts and crafts and conservation. Our specialist site allows us to offer bespoke packages to suit all needs and abilities, supporting individuals to engage in their own learning and self development.

Our approach to developing individuals at Flourish provides everyone with the foundations to awaken empathy, access fundamental values and foster a sense of responsibility for themselves and others around them.

We offer a range of differentiated workshops, specifically designed to meet the personal needs of every individual. Activities can be designed to meet the objectives set out within both the National Curriculum Framework and P-Scale attainment targets, for SEND children; with employability skills, self-confidence work and social skills also available for older individuals and adults.

Progress, achievement and experience is celebrated and embraced at Flourish and every activity is differentiated to suit individual needs. We feel it is important to recognise not just progress in tasks undertaken, but also in self-confidence, self-esteem and in both working with others and independently.

Achievement is a key part of our curriculum here at Flourish and whilst we work to develop interpersonal skills, we also tailor the activities to the required standard that is required for each individual. This can include working towards and achieving accredited qualifications through AIM Awards.

Please get in touch to arrange a visit to our wonderful site to discuss what Flourish can do for you.
