A team of qualified, experienced and dedicated professionals who have the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of the residents at the heart of everything they do.

Holmfield Day Centre offers activities, friendship and support with daily life, and help with personal care for people living with dementia and other conditions.

We pride ourselves on the personal attention we give to your wishes and needs:

• We have a well-trained staff team supported by dedicated volunteers.
• Everyone who comes to the day centre is cared for as an individual. Our activities and support are based on your personality and what you like to do.
• Our day centre is a warm & cheerful building. There are a wide variety of things to do in the different rooms and in the garden.
• We run outings in the local area (the park, shopping, even to the pub!) as well as day trips further afield.
• We offer a home cooked meal every day and will make sure you eat and drink enough.
• We can offer washing, bathing, aromatherapy, chiropody and hair dressing services on request.
• We can assist you with your medication whilst at the centre.
