Leicestershire County Council Shared Lives Service
Shared Lives is a great alternative to home care and care home facilities for young and older adults with disabilities or without disabilities. Individuals move in with or regularly visit their Shared Lives carer and together they share family and community life.
To access the Shared Lives service, you can self refer but will need to have eligible care and support needs and will need to request an assessment from Adult Social Care.
