Little Oak Play Therapy

I provide therapeutic support for children and young people between the ages of 3 -14. Play Therapy is a therapy which allows a child to express themselves in the way that they need to at the time, this could be through art, crafts, toys, games, talking or sand play therapy. I support families when they are struggling with areas such as emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, bereavement and many more. I can offer advice and support as well as working one to one with children.
