Papyrus HOPELineUK (suicide prevention)

HOPELineUK is a confidential support and advice service for:

  • children and young people under the age of 35 who may be having thoughts of suicide
  • anyone who may be concerned that a young person may be having thoughts of suicide

A HOPELineUK advisor will hear about the things that are happening in your life that are contributing to your thoughts of suicide and provide advice about how you can cope with your these thoughts, or where you can access help. You can also speak to our HOPELineUK advisors about how to start a conversation about suicide with someone you have concerns over, and how to best support them.

Opening hours are 9am – 10pm weekdays, 2pm – 10pm weekends, 2pm – 10pm on Bank Holidays
