Waterside Court is a new extra care housing scheme built in 2017 and owned by East Midlands Housing Association.
The scheme is designed specifically for those over the age of 55, with care and support needs.
Waterside Court is located approximately ½ mile from Loughborough town centre and has been designed specifically for people with care and support needs. The three-storey scheme combines 62 one and two bedroom self-contained apartments with showers/wet rooms and kitchen for rent.
There is a range of communal spaces for you to enjoy with other residents and your guests including an arts and crafts room, lounges, restaurant, cinema room, hairdressers, library and guest suite.
The scheme has on-site care and support staff (24 hours, 7 days a week), non-resident management staff and emergency alarm system
Our residents are predominantly over 55 years of age, but we also welcome applications from younger people with a disability, who are assessed on a case by case basis. Our vision is to help everyone to live a full and independent life.
