Enquire about a piece of council owned land

Use the map below to find and enquire about land owned by the council. Click on a shaded area to see more information and fill in our online form.

If the land you’re interested in is not marked on the map we do not own it. It might be owned by a district council

Disclaimer: The hatched land is shown for viewing purposes only and therefore cannot be relied upon until further investigation has been carried out by the Asset Management Information Team (via the enquiry form). Some land extents are subject to third party leases and some land may have been bought for highway purposes and may not be shown within the highway alignment. This map does not confirm the highway status of land If the land of interest is not marked on the map, LCC are not the registered land holders. However if the land of interest is close to the highway, it may be maintained by the Council as publicly maintainable highway. In this case please redirect the enquiry to the Environment and Transport department
