One2One Foster Carer
Contract: Full-time
Pay/Salary: £55,068 to £59,488 per annum, plus the age-related fostering allowance while a child is living with you.
You'll receive £877 per week when there isn't a child placed in your home.

Our One2One carers are our Fostering specialists who have experience in caring for young people, aged 10+ who need individual support.
Who are we looking for?
- People who have worked with children and young people
- Those who have worked in Children’s residential homes
- Teachers and teaching assistants who have worked, in particular, with children and young people with complex and challenging behaviours
This is no ordinary fostering arrangement but a full-time, well paid role that will give you the chance to use and develop your social work skillset in new ways to transform the life of a young person in need.

- A spare bedroom solely for the use of fostering
- Ability to drive and access to a car
- No children under the age of 18 living in the home
