The Loughborough Leggo Youth Group

Loughborough Leggo Youth Group is based at Fearon Hall in Loughborough for young people aged 10-19 years with physical, mild learning and social interaction difficulties and special needs to reach their full potential.

We focus on:

  • Becoming more physically active
  • Increasing confidence and self esteem
  • Improving social skills and independance
  • Feeling accepted
  • Making new friends, and
  • Having lots of fun!

We deliver 2 sessions on a Friday night youth club, providing a programme of structured physical and social activities in which gross and fine motor skills, co-ordination and strength can be developed.

Group 1 runs between 6pm - 8pm aimed at 10 - 14 year olds

Group 1 runs between 7.30pm - 9.30pm aimed at 15 - 19 year olds

Day trips are organised to encourage the young people to experience new activities which improve their social and communication skills and increase their independence.
